Maintaining control over site access during development or maintenance is crucial. Under Construction Access is a lightweight WordPress plugin that restricts public access by requiring a password while keeping the admin panel accessible. Whether you’re working on a redesign or launching a new site, this plugin provides an easy way to manage who can view your pages.
With a built-in settings page under Tools > Under Construction, you can customize the heading text, set a password for site access, and optionally display developer credits with a linked icon and text. Logged-in users and /wp-admin/ remain accessible, ensuring you can manage your site without interruption.
